More consistent control of off time
ONAPGO™, continuous apomorphine infusion, is proven to reduce daily OFF time and increase GOOD ON time each day in adults with advanced Parkinson’s disease.
ONAPGO RESULTS
Help make your days with Parkinson's more predictable with less OFF time and more GOOD ON time
In a clinical study, patients taking ONAPGO experienced:
vs 0.9 hours/day with placebo
(primary efficacy measure)
OFF time = when Parkinson's disease (PD) symptoms are not controlled with oral levodopa.
vs 1.1 hours/day with placebo
(key secondary efficacy measure)
GOOD ON time = when you are experiencing good symptom control and are not bothered by dyskinesia or OFF time.

Nearly 8 out of 10
people taking ONAPGO reported a positive improvement in their general health* (key secondary endpoint)(key secondary endpoint)

One third (33%)
were able to stop taking at least one of their add-on PD medications after 4 weeks vs 6% with placebo†
†This additional analysis was done after the study ended. Because it wasn’t planned in advance, the findings are exploratory, and conclusions can’t be made. Your doctor will determine the appropriate treatment plan for you.
Study design: The main objective of the ONAPGO clinical study was to evaluate efficacy and safety in people with PD with unsatisfactory control of motor fluctuations despite treatment with oral levodopa and one or more other PD medications. 53 patients received ONAPGO and 51 patients received placebo infusion for 12 weeks. Efficacy was assessed from the start of the study to the end at 12 weeks. The primary measure was the average change in total daily OFF time based on patient diaries. Key secondary efficacy measures included average change in total daily ON time without troublesome dyskinesia and Patient Global Impression of Change (PGI-C).
